IT PROJECT MANAGER
DESIGN
During this phase, you design the software architecture,
defining the modules, components and the interactions
between them.
Flowcharts, class diagrams and other design tools are
created to represent the structure and operation of the
software.
DEVELOPMENT
In this phase, you translate the design into executable
code.
Programmers write code following established guidelines
and using the appropriate programming languages.
Development tools such as IDEs (Integrated Development Environment) are used to write, compile and debug the code.
TESTING AND DEBUGGING
During this phase, the software undergoes extensive
testing to identify and correct any errors, defects or malfunctions.
Various testing techniques, such as unit testing, integration testing, and functional testing, are used to ensure that the software is robust and conforms to requirements.

IMPLEMENTATION AND DEPLOYMENT
After testing is completed and bugs are fixed, the software
is prepared for deployment to the customer's system.
The steps necessary to install, configure, and integrate the
software into the customer's production environment are performed.
The software is deployed and made available to end users.
